At Door to Door, we want you to love your home essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for processing.

Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to your package.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location or schedule a home pickup for your convenience.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
